Woke at my normal 4:45 AM and began my morning routine.
Mentally, I'm feeling ok. I don't feel good or bad, but I feel anxiety and stress running around in my body and in my mind. I'm going to try and burn them up on my mat this morning.
Tuesday, April 24, 2018 (Part II)
Feeling good after my practice (as always). The anxiety and worry that I feel is still there, but I view the things that are causing this anxiety with a little more clarity and a little more peace of mind.
Time to take this cultivated version of myself out into the day to share.
