Woke at my usual 4:25AM for coffee and contemplation.
On my mat at 5:42AM to begin.
Time to sweat it out.

I'm writing this on my mat, having just come out of Savasana.
It's 7:07AM as I type this, and I'm going to hop into the shower and enjoy the day.
My practice is strong and my body was compliant and steady. Feeling marvelous.
