Woke this morning a little bit behind schedule, and will be hitting my mat momentarily.
This practice has is helping me muscle through some of the challenges that are presented to me on a daily basis. Like yesterday, I'm going to try and shape and refine myself into a person with 5 things:
Time to meditate and pray and hit my mat.

- Someone truthful
- Someone who does not take things personsally
- Someone resilient
- Someone calm
- Someone kind
Time to meditate and pray and hit my mat.
