Habits, good and bad, creep in over time.
It's important to be aware of one's habit's; both good and bad.
Part II:
A soft, light, and somewhat "odd" practice this morning but, what's to be expected when I haven't been on my mat in a few weeks.
I've been busying myself with half-marathon training runs, and other physical activities so haven't been getting up at my normal 4:15am for awhile.
Let's see if I can reinstate the habit.
