Friday, September 27, 2019, Woke at my normal time of 4:25AM for coffee and contemplation. Took longer than usual to lallygag around before hitting my mat; as I type this, it's 5:57AM, and I'm rearing to go. Ten minutes of meditation, prayers, and reflection before it's time for some asana/postures. Time to sweat it out.
