Not much motivation to stay in the routine (even on day 2). A blog is useful because it gives something that one has to report to. It's currently 5:15am and I'm nearly done with the first mug of coffee. I'll say that, after my practice yesterday, I felt better physically and mentally but, for whatever reason, that had worn off by the end of the day. I wasn't unhappy yesterday evening, but I was listless and felt a little dull. This morning I've got some minor stomach issues going on (don't know what could be causing it as I've had a clean diet for the past two days now).
