Tuesday, September 16, 2025 I wake at 4:15am and, while that seems incredibly early, it's strange how the time just "slips away"; I'm on my mat at 5:30am, and that's technically behind schedule a little bit. Time to begin... Part II: My yoga practice has been intermittent lately and, given that, and given the other areas of physcial activity I've been involving myself in lately, (running, weight lifting, etc.), my practices have become more of exaggerated warm ups.....candidly, it feels exactly like what my body needs to loosen itself up. Enough chit chat; the spiritual side of my practice (which is the primary goal and primary gift of being on your yoga mat), has not diminished and I am always a better version of myself coming off of my mat. Time to take this better version of myself out into the world. Namaste
